Pop Pop & Grammie Na took the 3 of us (E had to work) to the ZOO! It was sooo much fun. A bit of a drive, but I think it was well worth it. the Zoo is next to Luke Air Force Base which is in Litchfield. I think I might like it better the Phx Zoo- way better Petting Zoo- they had Deer, a baby deer (which was so adorable), Lamas, and Goats. She even went down the slide a few times. We (I) got to touch/pet a sting ray (for free), and a Giraffe. They had tons of Tigers and or Lions- even some white ones. They had singing dogs which were adorable, you get up close to most of the animals- the Rhino, Zebras, birds, monkeys, etc. They had 3 buildings worth of different types of fishies. Some of them were so beautiful with all of their bright colors. They had a few sharks, Purana's, sting rays, star fish, and a lot more. OH! Even a white alligator. Now that was really cool. Ellie gave it a kiss thru the window of course. But of course her favorite was the tigers and sadly I didn't get any pictures of them.... Renee & Bunkie did you happen to get some?
We also took a ride on the Choo Choo Train! You could also take a boat ride or a skyline ride, but we just did the train. Which was fun and neat to do. Even Caden got to see the fishies and he LOVED it. His eyes got all big and he just watched them swam around. So cute!!! :)
Thanks again for taking us to the ZOO! We had a lot of fun and we are still talking about the animals. :) Enjoy the next 2 post underneath of our trip to the ZOO! I think I took around 100 pictures, but not to worry, I didn't post them all :)
