I just thought with it being SUMMER TIME which means SWIMMING TIME(!!!) That I should post this. Eric was watching the news last night and they were talking about *dry drowning*. Its where the kid is in the pool struggling and they get him out and he is fine. But what they don't know is that he swallowed water while he was struggling. And then later he will die. Its because the water is still in their lungs and know one knows about it.
A lady got on and said that her son died of that. He was struggling in the water and swallowed water but when they got him out he was fine. Walking around, talking, ETC. She layed him down for nap time and he never woke up. He drowned in his sleep.
Isn't that something... I guess Ellie wont be going under water anytime soon.
I Know my POST isn't as fun as my SIL Last Post, but hey, it is something to be aware about.
WATCH YOUR KIDS IN AND OUT OF THE POOL!!!!!
