Waking up at 6:30a, it was time to go down for a nap when we left for her lessons. Needless to say, she was not happy about the water, or anything about it. She learned or more like, I learned:
1: How to kick her legs in the water as she holds on to me
2: Eyes Shut- Going under water (we ONLY did that once and it was not a pretty picture after that)
3: Float on her back (she enjoyed that)
4: More kicking her legs as the other kids swam under water
5: and we did a few songs: Ellie came to class (we sing that one in Bible Class)..., Pancake song (tune of I'm a Little Tea Pot), the wheels on the Buss go round & round, and Good bye Class. Which they were really cute.
I wasn't able to take any pictures since I have to be in the water with her. Hopefully, next week E will come and take pictures of her at Swimming Lessons :) It really was a bitter sweet moment. In the beginning as she was crying, I want to cry, too. ha ha ha
But she is a cute little thing in her swimming suit. All you *conservative* Grandmas will be happy to know she had on a one piece. Grammy Na- I will get her her 2 piece as soon as I find a cute one and that will fit her :) I on the other hand have a 2 piece!!! Tee-hee-hee :) But yes, I was covered up, only because I didn't want her to pull it off.
